Shipping & Handling

 

All online order usually 2-3 business days for handing and shipping.  Order placed after 3pm East-Pacific time will consider the next day business order.  The weekend and holiday order will be considering next business order.  We are not responsible for any delay of the delivery by the carrier due to nature or any saturation that is out of our control.  Any item is out of stock will be issue a refund.

 

RETURN POLICY:

 

It is the customer responsibility to check for any damaged or missing item and reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to inspect, accept and refuse any return items for exchange or a refund.  Any return shipping cost will be pay by the customer.  The customer must provide return with tracking information for proof of shipping.  We do not accept return or issue a refund on any perishable items like pudding, meat, butter, Cheese, and etc.
